Initial Consultation

Meeting with every candidate is vital. It gives us the opportunity to understand the candidate's needs, discuss role requirements & career aspirations and to manage their expectations accordingly. Most importantly we gain a full appreciation of an individual's character & personality.

We understand that candidates are under time constraints & will happily meet them during their lunch break at a convenient location.


CV Advice

We do not re write CVs, or produce a standardised copy. By providing support on layout & content we ensure that the end result is an accurate reflection of the candidate.


Careers Counselling

We explore options across the board rather than "pigeon holing" candidates. With our experience we can easily identify transferable skills and suggest other avenues to pursue.


Interview Preparation

A consultant works with each candidate to ensure they are comfortable & prepared for interview. We provide them with a detailed job description & encourage them to do their own research on the company. We also provide a map/directions & contact details of the client.


Feedback

Our candidates are provided with honest, open feedback at every stage of the recruitment process. We use the feedback to help them recognise areas for improvement & help them accordingly.


Realism

There will be people we are unable to place due to their specialist skill set, we'd rather be honest & suggest other organisations they should approach rather than raise an expectation that cannot be met!


Health & Safety:

Clients will need to comply with all the current laws and legislations relating to Health & Safety for temporary staff.

Under the Health & Safety Act 1974, our clients have a duty to inform us of any risks facing our temporary candidates both in the work place and in the duties they are expecting to carry out.
