Account Management

iTs Commercial actively promote an account management approach with all our clients. From past experience we have learnt that clients prefer to have one point of contact for all their recruitment needs rather than having to deal with different consultants for different areas i.e. temporary & permanent requirements.


Best Three

After a thorough screening process we shortlist the best three applicants per permanent role. In addition to a CV, clients are provided with an in-depth profile of the candidate to support their application.

Our candidates are valuable to us - if a candidate is unsuccessful at interview, we ask for constructive feedback that can be used to help them improve in the future.


Candidate Attraction

We work with a number of established websites & regularly advertise in the local press. We attend recruitment fairs/exhibitions & hold open evenings to accommodate out of hour registrations. Candidate attraction is our responsibility & we're not afraid of trying innovative & creative methods!


Response Times:

We commit to the following timescales:


Temporary Appointments

  • Same Day Requests within 30 minutes
  • Next Day Requests within 2 hours
  • Next Week Requests within 48 hours

Permanent Appointments

We aim to provide a shortlist of candidates within 24 hours.


Rates and Rebate Period:

We believe our introduction rates are highly competitive and will be discussed at the time of your requirement. We do offer a rebate option however if we have listened to our client and done our job properly there should be no need to use it!


Health & Safety:

Clients will need to comply with all the current laws and legislations relating to Health & Safety for temporary staff.
Under the Health & Safety Act 1974, our clients have a duty to inform us of any risks facing our temporary candidates both in the work place and in the duties they are expecting to carry out.
